Self-Management means many things to different people, sometimes seeming like a kind of 'unobtainium' key element to value creation in the world of work and business leadership. It eludes articulation too. Contrarily, in the background of the conversation we also enjoy a base-level common understanding that bounded-autonomy inside and around work teams tends to bring out the best in us. It carries the day, making a profound and lasting difference for customers, organizations and colleagues.
